In the 7th minute Dustin Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Suarez's late challenge caught a Key Biscayne FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Suarez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Key Biscayne FC booed when Funebrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Funebrero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Ursino to maneuver through the defense. Key Biscayne FC's Lucien Goff got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Ongile was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Mohammed Sprague got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 26 minutes, Hector Lartaun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Funebrero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Lartaun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Korey Reed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georges Collard to make the kick off. Dustin Burton struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Rodrigo Ongile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Key Biscayne FC. Mulky Kuswandi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Ongile made a huge save. Rodrigo Ongile was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mulky Kuswandi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 56 minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Georges Collard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodrigo Ongile. Georges Collard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Mohammed Sprague recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Funebrero FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Javier Suarez hit a great ball. Funebrero FC's Rodrigo Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Funebrero FC from getting a goal against them. Rodrigo Ongile stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dustin Burton's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mohammed Sprague kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodrigo Ongile. That made the score 0-8 in the 97 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Key Biscayne FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Funebrero FC.
