Mathias-Alexander De Block tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Luc Van Linthaut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bruly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Powstańcy the free kick. The supporters of KS Powstańcy booed when Bruly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luc Van Linthaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Paraszczuk got free with Mathias-Alexander De Block in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waclaw Szel kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Gilbert Czech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luc Van Linthaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Edward Wieczorek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias-Alexander De Block saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Fikus in the 28th minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Mathias-Alexander De Block to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Wieczorek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luc Van Linthaut to make the kick off. Mathias-Alexander De Block showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Wieczorek in the 53rd minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Szel came free, but Mathias-Alexander De Block reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Fikus struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Mathias-Alexander De Block didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Powstańcy.
