With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonçalo Baptista in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Czech saved KS Powstańcy from getting behind. After having played for 10 minutes, Jardel Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lupere FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jardel Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Czech came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Lupere FC - DMZ's Gonçalo Baptista. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Baptista in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Czech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Gonçalo Baptista made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KS Powstańcy's Gilbert Czech tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Waclaw Szel's late challenge caught a Lupere FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waclaw Szel helped the player get up and apologised. Waclaw Szel hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, KS Powstańcy's Edward Wieczorek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Walmir Leme. Walmir Leme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 30 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Baptista notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of KS Powstańcy's Gilbert Czech. Gilbert Czech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilbert Czech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the KS Powstańcy defense, Zé Augusto Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilbert Czech. The KS Powstańcy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilbert Czech should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Gonçalo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Czech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gonçalo Baptista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilbert Czech was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. After the first half Lupere FC - DMZ were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerzy Grocholski made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lupere FC - DMZ's Daniel Nóbrega dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The supporters of Lupere FC - DMZ booed when KS Powstańcy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Flis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilbert Czech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonçalo Baptista in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdo Mazza during the 61st minute. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Gonçalo Baptista sped through KS Powstańcy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilbert Czech. Gilbert Czech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonçalo Baptista in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Lupere FC - DMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KS Powstańcy.
