The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiaguinho Lucas during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tiaguinho Lucas hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Noel Pombal struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Magno Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futbol Club RRFV. 9 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Esteves came free, but Magno Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé Martins to maneuver through the defense. Hamílton Simão came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Milanis E.C.'s Leonardo Trancoso. But to his dismay, Leonardo Trancoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 24th minute, Milanis E.C.'s Luiz Fernando de Lima seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luiz Fernando de Lima the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Milanis E.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luiz Fernando de Lima had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Noel Pombal came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Futbol Club RRFV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Pombal couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, Leonardo Trancoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamílton Simão was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 30 minutes into the game, Leonardo Trancoso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hamílton Simão. Leonardo Trancoso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when João Francisco Baptista put in a rough tackle. 41 minutes into the game, one of Futbol Club RRFV:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Milanis E.C. a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Augusto das Neves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Futbol Club RRFV's Hamílton Simão. 4-0. Magno Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiaguinho Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the game, Milanis E.C.'s Zé Carlos da Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamílton Simão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Leonardo Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Fabiano de Sousa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamílton Simão. Futbol Club RRFV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabiano de Sousa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 76 minutes into the match, Zé Carlos da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamílton Simão. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Carlos da Cunha in the 80th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Hamílton Simão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamílton Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Trancoso in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos da Cunha came free, but Hamílton Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamílton Simão came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Milanis E.C.'s Guto Bueno. But to his dismay, Guto Bueno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After some careless play in the Futbol Club RRFV defense, Augusto das Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamílton Simão. The Futbol Club RRFV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamílton Simão should have stopped the shot. Milanis E.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
