The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Rocha got free with Anko Bravo in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacobo Gomar hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hanni Ruiz to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomé Martins during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leonel Sanches succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 17th playminute. Perico Machado's late challenge caught a Futbol Club RRFV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Perico Machado helped the player get up and apologised. Futbol Club RRFV made a substitution. César Brito replaced Tomé Martins. In the 20th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perico Machado to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Carlos Alberto de Sousa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Nubecitas FC's Anko Bravo. Anko Bravo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anko Bravo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Alberto de Sousa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. Odilon Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diamantino Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Odilon Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. If Leonel Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zé Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Futbol Club RRFV's protests and gave Zé Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. If Leonel Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noel Pombal kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Carlos Alberto de Sousa notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Nubecitas FC's Anko Bravo. Anko Bravo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Nubecitas FC defense, Carlos Alberto de Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anko Bravo. The Nubecitas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anko Bravo should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, André Luís Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futbol Club RRFV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 95 minutes into the match, Nubecitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Pombal came free, but Anko Bravo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Futbol Club RRFV had played much better football throughout.
