Didier Schollens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 45 minutes, Benne Hulsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alpina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benne Hulsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Servando Dorado made the kick off in the second half. Didier Schollens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonz Földi in the 50th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alpina FC's Alfons Van Mellaert got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfons Van Mellaert got free with João Pedro Coutinho in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Lendvay kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Alfonz Földi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didier Schollens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alpina FC's Daniel Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Didier Schollens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonz Földi in the 79th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Alpina FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KeletiBlokk.
