The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Diamantino Senna made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Burhanettin Utman sent off a good shot on target. Thomas Diehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game 秦梁翀 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diamantino Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malcolm Mcvey's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Blade King sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna got control of the ball when 秦梁翀 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Senna to maneuver through the defense. When Joshua Mccormick came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Melbourne 007 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joshua Mccormick couldn't finish the play. Brendan Rennie hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Diehl saved Melbourne 007 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Melbourne 007's Blade King got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Futbol Club RRFV's Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Melbourne 007's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute, Malcolm Mcvey made a precise shot to the right of Diamantino Senna. Futbol Club RRFV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thomas Diehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Burhanettin Utman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Malcolm Mcvey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Senna came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Melbourne 007's Burhanettin Utman. But to his dismay, Burhanettin Utman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Diamantino Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Mcvey in the 56th minute of play. Diamantino Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Mcvey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melbourne 007 were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Futbol Club RRFV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 秦梁翀 took the corner. The corner led Melbourne 007's 秦梁翀 to fire away a dangerous shot which Diamantino Senna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dorian Freitas hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Mcvey came free, but Diamantino Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malcolm Mcvey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Alberto de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Thomas Diehl made a huge save. Diamantino Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 秦梁翀 in the 76th minute of play. After some careless play in the Futbol Club RRFV defense, Burhanettin Utman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diamantino Senna. The Futbol Club RRFV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diamantino Senna should have stopped the shot. Diamantino Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Mcvey in the 84th minute of play. Melbourne 007 were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Futbol Club RRFV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 秦梁翀 took the corner. In the 87th minute Blade King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Melbourne 007's goalkeeper Thomas Diehl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Rocha. Thomas Diehl came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins. But to his dismay, André Luís Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 96 minutes into the match, Burhanettin Utman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna. Diamantino Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Futbol Club RRFV players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Melbourne 007.
