Didier Schollens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylvan De Maret in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Walter Wyns made a precise shot to the right of Didier Schollens. Alpina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dirk Damman hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Didier Schollens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yannis Van Lueven in the 20th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Rudy Duchateau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Servando Dorado in the 44th minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Rudy Duchateau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruly's Rudy Duchateau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Bruly from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Alpina FC booed when Bruly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ritchie Spoelberghe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 56thth minute of the game Dirk Damman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bruly's Rudy Duchateau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruly's Rudy Duchateau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dirk Damman in the 58th minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Servando Dorado sped through Bruly's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudy Duchateau. Bruly's Rudy Duchateau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Van Mellaert in the 67th minute of play. Servando Dorado took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudy Duchateau. Rudy Duchateau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 75 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Servando Dorado came free, but Rudy Duchateau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Didier Schollens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alpina FC's Didier Schollens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvan De Maret in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Bruly getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jannick Montens hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Servando Dorado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Duchateau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvan De Maret to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Alpina FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bruly had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
