Frido Stumpf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Fillol having to interfere. A collision led to BRASIL.Sp getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Júnior Cerezo hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match, Lu Sang got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ubaldo Fillol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lu Sang got free with Ubaldo Fillol in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th match minute, Give Peace a Chance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joschi Breneizeris to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute of the match BRASIL.Sp got a corner. Give Peace a Chance's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frédson Mineiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ubaldo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godo Jaffke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godo Jaffke in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Fillol saved BRASIL.Sp from getting behind. The corner led Give Peace a Chance's Lennie Langhammer to fire away a dangerous shot which Ubaldo Fillol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lu Sang charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lu Sang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when Give Peace a Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Sang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kay Wering, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute Give Peace a Chance were awarded a corner. Lennie Langhammer went to the cornerflag to take it. Give Peace a Chance's Lennie Langhammer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ubaldo Fillol in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frederico Vianna to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Give Peace a Chance getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Frido Stumpf hit a great ball. If Lu Sang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emanuel Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BRASIL.Sp's protests and gave Emanuel Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Figueiredo. Ubaldo Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lu Sang in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Kay Wering shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Sang in the 72nd minute of play forced BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Ubaldo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Júnior Cerezo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BRASIL.Sp's protests and gave Júnior Cerezo a yellow card for diving instead. BRASIL.Sp's Alin Cucerdean was substituted for João Freire. Júnior Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Lu Sang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Fillol having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Godo Jaffke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erdem Kazım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. Delfim Cerezo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Give Peace a Chance's Lu Sang got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Lu Sang made a precise shot to the right of Ubaldo Fillol. BRASIL.Sp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Give Peace a Chance were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of BRASIL.Sp for a fine match.
