Erdem Kazım took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quin Camaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lu Sang got free with Arturo Borubar in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 14 minutes of play, ECS FK's Emanuel Browall made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erdem Kazım was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erdem Kazım made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quin Camaño in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frido Stumpf during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When ECS FK's Davis Damasceno in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Give Peace a Chance's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to ECS FK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Sebastião Mendonça hit a great ball. Lu Sang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arturo Borubar firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 41st minute, Odilo Pusch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Quade Gorham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asmund Rundkvist was the one to do the kick off. Lu Sang kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 51st minute Emanuel Browall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdem Kazım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, ECS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Sang came free, but Arturo Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléber Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ECS FK's Arturo Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Sang in the 59th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Give Peace a Chance got a freekick which was hit by Kay Wering. Kléber Lima took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erdem Kazım. Give Peace a Chance's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Erdem Kazım made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quin Camaño in the 74th minute. A collision led to ECS FK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Dênis Matorin hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Lu Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Borubar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Frido Stumpf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Joschi Breneizeris got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute of the match Give Peace a Chance got a corner. ECS FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lennie Langhammer ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to ECS FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Carlinhos Trancoso hit a great ball. Emanuel Browall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
