After a rather tough play, SK Dreigoten's Emmanuel Van Laer got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute, Floris Van Glabeeke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dainius Lukošius got free with Jo Maerschalcx in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian De Strijcker to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Absoliut's Caio Freitas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jo Maerschalcx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdas Ivanauskas in the 41st minute. Albinas Vaitiekus's late challenge caught a SK Dreigoten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albinas Vaitiekus helped the player get up and apologised. Zydrunas Karcemarskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Floris Van Glabeeke, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Emmanuel Van Laer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Dainius Lukošius charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dainius Lukošius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emmanuel Van Laer, 53 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jo Maerschalcx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Motiejus Baikštys in the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arūnas Murza in the 85th minute of play forced SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Jo Maerschalcx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Absoliut got a freekick which was hit by Aras Kadys. Jo Maerschalcx came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Absoliut's Motiejus Baikštys. But to his dismay, Motiejus Baikštys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. SK Dreigoten's Jo Maerschalcx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Motiejus Baikštys in the 95th minute of play. Absoliut were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SK Dreigoten for a fine match.
