Lance Pate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brice Carey hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Lobster if's Benne Cider got control of the ball when Lance Pate tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lobster if's Benne Cider proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Lobster if from getting a goal against them. Severino Câmara hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Rickey Joseph took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benne Cider. Lobster if's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Di Scord managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobster if's supporters rose to their feet, but Di Scord was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Pope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Trillkott came free, but Francisco Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match, Drew Latham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benne Cider saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew Latham in the 37th minute of play forced Lobster if's goalkeeper Benne Cider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Lobster if defense, Drew Latham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benne Cider. The Lobster if fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benne Cider should have stopped the shot. Joey Mock kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Helge Trillkott stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Quilempan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Drew Latham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne Cider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Francisco Pope had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Trillkott. Benne Cider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lance Pate in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickey Joseph to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Felo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Benne Cider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drew Latham, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Lance Pate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lobster if booed when Key Biscayne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Major didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Rolando Quilempan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Pope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Key Biscayne FC's Francisco Pope got control of the ball when Helge Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Francisco Pope successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 87 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Trillkott came free, but Francisco Pope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Di Scord could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Francisco Pope made a huge save. Rolando Quilempan took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Pope. Francisco Pope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Francisco Pope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Quilempan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lance Pate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. The Key Biscayne FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
