Márk Kuti's late challenge caught a Real Zamość's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The KeletiBlokk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volkan Demirel should have stopped the shot. In the 42ndth minute of the game Alfonz Földi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Zamość's Krzysztof Oleszak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Alfred Karbowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Real Zamość were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
With 52 minutes on the clock, Géza Cziráki commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Real Zamość's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
