In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Xepe Godan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Raul Lipp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ñacuñán AC's Benito Dodorol managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonny Saran in the 14 minute of the game. Serafin Bernal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benicio Otoniel in the 18th minute. Benicio Otoniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Serafin Bernal made a huge save. Raul Lipp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xepe Godan in the 23rd minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Benito Dodorol threw the ball into play from the sideline. Talleres de Escalada's Jonny Saran quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 30th minute, Xepe Godan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres de Escalada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Talleres de Escalada booed when Ñacuñán AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Dodorol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ñacuñán AC's Eduardo Clodio was substituted for Benicio Otoniel. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xepe Godan was the one to do the kick off. Serafin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Serafin Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Clodio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Hector Fero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serafin Bernal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 66th minute Xepe Godan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Lipp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Xepe Godan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raul Lipp. Xepe Godan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Ñacuñán AC's attentive Hector Fero managed to snatch the ball when Jonny Saran made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. When Xepe Godan came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Talleres de Escalada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xepe Godan couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goal looked a bit too open when Xepe Godan came free, but Raul Lipp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
