Nihat Mesut made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Damaso Lain sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Lain got free with Nihat Mesut in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 14 minutes, Damaso Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cityzens Mdz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Lain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Esperanza Fútbol Club's Nihat Mesut got control of the ball when Damaso Lain tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute Cityzens Mdz were awarded a corner. Lukasz Marut went to the cornerflag to take it. Sixto Larra was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 20th minute, Damaso Lain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nihat Mesut was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Cityzens Mdz getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Giandomenico Sella hit a great ball. Melkior Thorslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marios Prekkas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Melkior Thorslev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marios Prekkas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Lain received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nihat Mesut came out and tried to block the shot, but Damaso Lain slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. Damaso Lains short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Nihat Mesut to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 38th minute Cityzens Mdz were awarded a corner. Lukasz Marut went to the cornerflag to take it. Nihat Mesut was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Damaso Lain showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. If Damaso Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Lain in the 43rd minute of play forced Esperanza Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Nihat Mesut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Gabriel Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Igor Monø made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Damaso Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nihat Mesut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Damaso Lain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nihat Mesut was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Esperanza Fútbol Club's Nihat Mesut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Lain in the 67th minute of play. When Cityzens Mdz's Damaso Lain in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esperanza Fútbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Esperanza Fútbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. When Sixto Larra fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cityzens Mdz's protests and gave Sixto Larra a yellow card for diving instead. Cityzens Mdz made a substitution. Eloy Urdin replaced Hillar Tuus. Cityzens Mdz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lukasz Marut in the 88th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Giandomenico Sella to score against Nihat Mesut in Esperanza Fútbol Club's goal. 7-0 after 88 minutes. Nihat Mesut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esperanza Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Nihat Mesut, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cityzens Mdz fans cheered their team off the field, for while Esperanza Fútbol Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
