In the 13th minute, Chaponnay FC's Kevan Brossier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Pedro Brizuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Boisson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Schultz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Charly Boisson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and San jose fc's Pedro Brizuela didn't even have to move. Pedro Brizuela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evan Le Moullec in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, Chaponnay FC's Kevan Brossier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Brizuela. Pedro Brizuela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. After 33 played minutes Chaponnay FC got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andreu. In the 35th minute Arthur Rannou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Brizuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Chaponnay FC's Charly Boisson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Brizuela. That made the score 6-0 after 36 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Kevan Brossier took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Pedro Brizuela to make any attempt to save it. In the 42nd match minute, San jose fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Schultz to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes San jose fc got a freekick which was hit by Juan Dickson. Arthur Rannou's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Pedro Brizuela skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Evan Le Moullec got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 8-0 became the score in the 46th minute when Arthur Rannou elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Arthur Rannou made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, San jose fc's goal looked a bit too open when Evan Le Moullec came free, but Pedro Brizuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Alonso Villamayor managed to get in a good position for a shot. San jose fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Alonso Villamayor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moïse Girerd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Chaponnay FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Stéphane Eynard hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, San jose fc's goal looked a bit too open when Kevan Brossier came free, but Pedro Brizuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evan Le Moullec in the 60th minute of play forced San jose fc's goalkeeper Pedro Brizuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Luis Montañas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Moïse Girerd made a huge save. In the 68th minute, Arthur Rannou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Brizuela was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 71 minutes into the game, Kevan Brossier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Pedro Brizuela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chaponnay FC's Tanguy Caudrelier was substituted for Eduart Rrustemi. Pedro Brizuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Boisson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chaponnay FC's Renaud Houzet was substituted for Charly Boisson. Pedro Brizuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renaud Houzet, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Elián Linares fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San jose fc's protests and gave Elián Linares a yellow card for diving instead. Elián Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Chaponnay FC booed when San jose fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Schultz didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Chaponnay FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
