When Leon Hudson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Atletico Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Hudson couldn't finish the play. Barbas y Cosos's Koldobika Villagomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Hotte in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Eriberto Hortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Andre Pollard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barbas y Cosos's Koldobika Villagomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathan Hanson in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Atletico Roma booed when Barbas y Cosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tercero Pradias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Will Hotte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Koldobika Villagomez skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Barbas y Cosos's Tercero Pradias got a free kick in the 24th minute. Eriberto Hortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Barbas y Cosos's goal looked a bit too open when Will Hotte came free, but Koldobika Villagomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Barbas y Cosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tercero Pradias to maneuver through the defense. Barbas y Cosos's Koldobika Villagomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Hotte in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Hudson in the 41st minute of play forced Barbas y Cosos's goalkeeper Koldobika Villagomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Koldobika Villagomez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Will Hotte in the 55th minute. Koldobika Villagomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Hudson in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Barbas y Cosos booed when Atletico Roma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathan Hanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Eriberto Hortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience was convinced that Will Hotte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Koldobika Villagomez was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Atletico Roma's Leon Hudson in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Koldobika Villagomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Hudson in the 71st minute of play. Barbas y Cosos made a substitution. Santo Candana replaced Guipuzkoa Varsana. Sol Saville's late challenge caught a Barbas y Cosos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sol Saville helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Sol Saville hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Candana charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Candana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Atletico Roma booed when Barbas y Cosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Candana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Will Hotte struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Koldobika Villagomez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Roma. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathan Hanson in the 88th minute of play forced Barbas y Cosos's goalkeeper Koldobika Villagomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Will Hotte took the ball and in the 101 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Koldobika Villagomez. Koldobika Villagomez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Atletico Roma's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
