Despite this Evaristo Roldan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maximino Illan might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximino Illan ran back to his position shaking his head. If Charles Teuma Castelletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. After 56 minutes, Anacleto Txaran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matador and the Cuervos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Matador got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Txaran. After some careless play in the Matador defense, Charles Teuma Castelletti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renato Braga. The Matador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renato Braga should have stopped the shot. Cuervos AFC's Zacarias Valery was substituted for Cristo Ramond. After a rather tough play, Matador's Rolando Medardo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Charles Teuma Castellettis short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Renato Braga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Charles Teuma Castelletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Matador fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cuervos AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
