Evaristo Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Mena in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervos AFC's zone, Orlando Mena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Roldan came out of the goal and Orlando Mena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evaristo Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Mena, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Teuma Castelletti in the 21st minute of play forced Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cuervos AFC's Ismael Martxel got a free kick in the 29th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Orlando Mena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Mena made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Bareiro in the 53rd minute of play forced Cuervos AFC's goalkeeper Evaristo Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Jabones Tocadores got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Maule. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Charles Teuma Castelletti put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Romulo Montrelle. Cuervos AFC's Zacarias Valery was substituted for Cristo Ramond. In the 59th minute Charles Teuma Castelletti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Montrelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
