Hernan Lano scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Lano in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Monico in the 26th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Wennerqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xepe Godan's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Serafin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Hernan Lano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Serafin Bernal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talleres de Escalada's Virgo Pechal was substituted for Ezequiel Monico. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xepe Godan made a kick off. Thibault Moon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Montay Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Soroca F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
