Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Lost Boys Sports Academy from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute Loco Durazno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Drago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loco Durazno struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ivan Drago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Lions FC. 41 minutes into the match, Lost Boys Sports Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Ivan Drago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Durazno in the 43rd minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Arne Tönnberg got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Durazno was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Loco Durazno notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago. Ivan Drago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepe Argento in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Sellberg. Johan Sellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Drago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burç Tokhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan managed to work through Lost Boys Sports Academy's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Burç Tokhan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Anders Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Argento in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Coronel Llorente could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Anders Lundqvist however easily saved by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Pepe Argento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anders Lundqvist. Golden Lions FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pepe Argento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coronel Llorente got free with Anders Lundqvist in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coronel Llorente in the 82nd minute of play. Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Termander in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Burç Tokhan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Drago was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burç Tokhan in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Burç Tokhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Drago. Pepe Argento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anders Lundqvist having to make a save.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Lost Boys Sports Academy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Golden Lions FC.
