Ove Salkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Salvidor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ove Salkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Salkvist in the 12th minute of the match. With his leg Isaac Jonasson managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Menchu FC's Gaston Firmo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ove Salkvist in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Salvidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th match minute, Menchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Cordaryal to maneuver through the defense. Ove Salkvist struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Camilo Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Gubbhöft. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Salkvist in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Ove Salkvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciro Incendio hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Gabriele Batistuta put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Isaac Jonasson. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Salkvist in the 41st minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ove Salkvist to make the kick off. Ove Salkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Camilo Salvidor made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Fidel Veronica kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Camilo Salvidor. That made the score 1-3 in the 96 minute of play.

The BK Gubbhöft supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Gubbhöft would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
