Stelian Butuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 6th minute of the match. Jarana FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Xavi Popescu scored to the left of an out of position Evelio Milian, making the score, 1-0. Evelio Milian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Tamulewicz's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Tamulewicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dacians Academy's goalkeeper Stelian Butuc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Mateusz Piontkovskiy hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dacians Academy's zone, Wilfredo Gitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelian Butuc came out of the goal and Wilfredo Gitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Dacians Academy booed when Jarana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joop Deswarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iwo Tamulewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Evelio Milian made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 28th minute of play forced Dacians Academy's goalkeeper Stelian Butuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Evelio Milian managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Dacians Academy's Iwo Tamulewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jarana FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Dacians Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yang Yao Kuan took the corner. The corner led Jarana FC's Yang Yao Kuan to fire away a dangerous shot which Stelian Butuc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Stelian Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 41st minute of play. Charis Perdikopoulos made in the 44th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Baybars Geylanoğlu however managed to control. After 47 minutes, Valko De Hond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarana FC and the Dacians Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Valko De Hond hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iwo Tamulewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Dacians Academy got a freekick which was hit by Iwo Tamulewicz. In the 54th minute, Mateusz Piontkovskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Tamulewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jarana FC made a substitution. Sigve Rossland replaced Honorio Hunfredo. 69 minutes into the match, Dacians Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Stelian Butuc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yang Yao Kuan made a great header on Jarana FC's corner, it was just that Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc managed to reach the ball for a save. 76 minutes into the game, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelian Butuc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Dacians Academy's zone, Wilfredo Gitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelian Butuc came out of the goal and Wilfredo Gitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evelio Milian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Tamulewicz's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 84th play minutes Iwo Tamulewicz shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Evelio Milian and just under the crossbar into goal. 88 minutes into the match, Dacians Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Stelian Butuc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither Dacians Academy or Jarana FC succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Wilfredo Gitano made the kick off and play began. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 103rd minute of play. In the 104th minute of the match Jarana FC got a corner. Dacians Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yang Yao Kuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sigve Rossland was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Evelio Milian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Tamulewicz in the 111th minute of the match. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

Both teams seemed ready to fight when Dacians Academy's Iwo Tamulewicz did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. In the 118th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jarana FC's goalkeeper Evelio Milian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 119th minute of the match Dacians Academy got a corner. Jarana FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fermin Prejun ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dacians Academy's Fermin Prejun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evelio Milian in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The throw-in from Kalmer Üksvärav in the 122nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dacians Academy's Charis Perdikopoulos. Iwo Tamulewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 125th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evelio Milian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iwo Tamulewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 127th minute, Wilfredo Gitano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stelian Butuc was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jarana FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
