After 16 played minutes, Espigão Steamrollers's Kara Bhattacharya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Espigão Steamrollers reached it. Jeronimo Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roneixon Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Oswaldo Nascimento hit a great ball. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Gervasio Chano sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roneixon Siqueira in the 31st minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Roneixon Siqueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jeronimo Millan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros got control of the ball when Gervasio Chano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonçalo de Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gervasio Chano in the 39th minute. Sirius Dog's Jeronimo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kara Bhattacharya in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Espigão Steamrollers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Espigão Steamrollers's Walmyr Meira was substituted for 柳远桑. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gervasio Chano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Chano in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Walmyr Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Chano might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonçalo de Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Chano ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Chano in the 64th minute of the match. Gonçalo de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oswaldo Nascimento got a throw-in 67 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Roneixon Siqueira. In the 69th minute, Milan Svobodník hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Espigão Steamrollers made a substitution. Yuri Paranaense replaced Roneixon Siqueira. A collision led to Sirius Dog getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Milan Svobodník hit a great ball. Jeronimo Millan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yuri Paranaense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. Pieter-Maarten Van Beets made in the 76th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yuri Paranaense. Espigão Steamrollers's attentive Kara Bhattacharya managed to snatch the ball when Milan Svobodník made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Jeronimo Millan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Chano came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Millan stood somewhat misplaced when Yuri Paranaense came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 91 minute. The supporters of Sirius Dog booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kara Bhattacharya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Oswaldo Nascimento got a free kick in the 97th minute.

When the final whistle sounded Espigão Steamrollers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sirius Dog.
