Porfirio Harvey came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by JEC - FC's Tarcisio Galvão. But to his dismay, Tarcisio Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Tarcisio Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarcisio Galvão couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute JEC - FC were awarded a corner. Liu Xiang Zhen went to the cornerflag to take it. Guto Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Carlos Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Baptista in the 23rd minute of play forced Real Ducks Sport Club's goalkeeper Porfirio Harvey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porfirio Harvey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Toli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Braulio Toli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Porfirio Harvey was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leocadio Ledo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julio Baptista in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Porfirio Harvey saved Real Ducks Sport Club from getting behind. Real Ducks Sport Club's Porfirio Harvey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Galvão in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lech Spychalski during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Real Ducks Sport Club booed when JEC - FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Spychalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Carlos Ramos managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Real Ducks Sport Club's Guto Sampaio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The JEC - FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when JEC - FC's Julio Baptista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. JEC - FC's Luisinho Ribeiro was substituted for Ricardinho Maia. When Julio Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. After 60 minutes of play, Real Ducks Sport Club's Nicholas Ellis made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Guto Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Ramos. JEC - FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Porfirio Harvey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Tepedino in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Baptista got free with Porfirio Harvey in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute Julio Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Porfirio Harvey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Guto Sampaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Ramos was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. The Real Ducks Sport Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching JEC - FC's performance. The match ended with a win for JEC - FC.
