Baltazar Pemjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Bulă in the 13th minute of play. Breguete FC were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Maricá FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eugênio de Carvalho took the corner. After taking down the ball on Breguete FC's corner Hortêncio Cardozo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Baltazar Pemjean quite easily take care of the ball. Patrik Giliusson might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jailson Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrik Giliusson ran back to his position shaking his head. Baltazar Pemjean was a little too slow when Flavinho Mello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. Jailson Soares came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Maricá FC's Patrik Giliusson. But to his dismay, Patrik Giliusson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 25 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enginalp Türkdoğan came free, but Jailson Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enginalp Türkdoğan in the 26th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maricá FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enginalp Türkdoğan in the 27th minute. Lasse Kogo made a great header on Maricá FC's corner, it was just that Breguete FC's Jailson Soares managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Maricá FC's Baltazar Pemjean got control of the ball when Flavinho Mello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Flavinho Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Pemjean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Maricá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Pezzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Maricá FC's goalkeeper Baltazar Pemjean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugênio de Carvalho. In the 42ndth minute of the game Flavinho Mello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maricá FC's Baltazar Pemjean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Eugênio de Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Jailson Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Pezzi in the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Mello in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltazar Pemjean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Breguete FC's Jailson Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enginalp Türkdoğan in the 55th minute of play. Baltazar Pemjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Mello in the 58th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cido Negri during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baltazar Pemjean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Maricá FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Bulă came free, but Baltazar Pemjean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavinho Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Pemjean having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Dé Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltazar Pemjean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio de Carvalho in the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavinho Mello in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltazar Pemjean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dé Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Baltazar Pemjean didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavinho Mello went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Breguete FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
