Porfirio Harvey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torbjørn Trondsen in the 8th minute. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eduardo Magnin hit a great ball. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Aparecido in the 11th minute of play. Betinho Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Ellis, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Sid Lampard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Aparecido in the 24th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Betinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guto Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betinho Moura having to interfere. If Sid Lampard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Nicholas Ellis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leocadio Ledo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Betinho Moura having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Guto Sampaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Betinho Moura was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Porfirio Harvey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjørn Trondsen in the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Nicholas Ellis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodolfo Aparecido was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Ducks Sport Club's players had a chance to rest. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Ortle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
