Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Xiang Zhen in the 38th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Filomeno De Putter took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Ramos. Carlos Ramos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 56th minute Filomeno De Putter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto da Mata during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alexandre Tepedino struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Triforce Super Soccer fans cheered their team off the field, for while JEC - FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
