In the 19th minute Koppány Selymes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Mendes came free, but Jailson Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Narciso Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jailson Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Narciso Mendes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jailson Soares was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Koppány Selymes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Soares having to interfere. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bruno Alves hit a great ball. Luís Fernando Vides's late challenge caught a Breguete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fernando Vides helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fernando Vides to maneuver through the defense. Nicasio Abreu might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jailson Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicasio Abreu ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Loureiro during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fernando Vides in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute, Narciso Mendes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jailson Soares. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 67th minute Radu Bulă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes, Flavinho Mello made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Jaru-Uaru's Dalmo Saldanha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Mello in the 81st minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Dalmo Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Koppány Selymes. Jaru-Uaru played a much better game than Breguete FC and deserved their victory. The Breguete FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
