The referee showed Nildo Pirani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nildo Pirani to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Juan Pablo Teran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Austin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Michel Velasco. 22 minutes into the match, Juan Pablo Teran notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Rene Austin. Rene Austin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fryderyk Pacholewski got free with Ferdinand Joldea in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Juan Pablo Teran notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Rene Austin. Rene Austin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juan Pablo Teran might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Austin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Pablo Teran ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Austin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Pablo Teran in the 33rd minute of the match. Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Rene Austin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Pablo Teran in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Pablo Teran came free, but Rene Austin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Juan Pablo Teran managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Pablo Teran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Austin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Pablo Teran in the 40th minute of play forced Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's goalkeeper Rene Austin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fumo Pedrais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Pablo Teran took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Austin. Rene Austin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Juan Pablo Teran made the kick off in the second half. Rene Austin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Pablo Teran in the 53rd minute. Guilherme Félix made a great header on TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s corner, it was just that Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Rene Austin managed to reach the ball for a save. If Juan Pablo Teran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Guerra was substituted for Guilherme Félix. In the 59th minute, Fumo Pedrais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute of the match, Mathias Guerra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rene Austin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Guerra in the 62nd minute of play forced Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's goalkeeper Rene Austin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias Guerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Austin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Guerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Austin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Mathias Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Rene Austin. Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fumo Pedrais in the 71st minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Ferdinand Joldea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's zone, Mathias Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Austin came out of the goal and Mathias Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathias Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Rene Austin made a huge save. Rene Austin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Guerra in the 78th minute of the match. If Mathias Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Guerra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-7. Rene Austin came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Guerra. But to his dismay, Mathias Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. Mathias Guerra struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Rene Austin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TIMETER EC -DMZ-. Rene Austin came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Joaquim Tande. But to his dismay, Joaquim Tande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-11.
