An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Andrade in the 16th minute of play forced TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Emilio Posada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Juan Manuel Olivera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Leão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Juan Manuel Olivera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emerson Leão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Juan Manuel Olivera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emerson Leão was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. When Elano Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laguna Sunrise FC's protests and gave Elano Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. Elano Novaes hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 33 minutes of play, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Juan Manuel Olivera made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! When TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Juan Manuel Olivera in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laguna Sunrise FC's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Manuel Olivera to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Juan Manuel Olivera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emerson Leão. Juan Manuel Olivera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Juan Manuel Olivera got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Hoffmann came free, but Emilio Posada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Manuel Olivera took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 64 minutes into the match, Juan Manuel Olivera dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emerson Leão, 0-9. With a little luck, Laguna Sunrise FC's Emerson Leão got control of the ball when Juan Manuel Olivera tried to sneak it across the goal line. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Peker Ersed was substituted for Juan Manuel Olivera. In the 72nd minute TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- were awarded a corner. Kruno Rakočević went to the cornerflag to take it. 77 minutes into the game, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Peker Ersed nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emerson Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Alfred Lech was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 82 minutes into the match, Laguna Sunrise FC's goalkeeper Emerson Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Percy Carioca. 84 minutes into the match, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Anísio Cordeiro came free, but Emilio Posada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Percy Carioca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Emerson Leão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peker Ersed got free with Emerson Leão in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emerson Leão didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 0-11. 95 minutes into the match, Percy Carioca notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Laguna Sunrise FC's Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- played a much better game than Laguna Sunrise FC and deserved their victory. The Laguna Sunrise FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
