An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Manuel Olivera in the 19th minute of play forced New Miran FC's goalkeeper Caco Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Manuel Olivera took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caco Marques. Caco Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Lúcio Leal made the kick off in the second half. José Carlos Travassos scored 1-6 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Posada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caco Marques was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Juan Manuel Olivera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Caco Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Juan Manuel Olivera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 66 minute of play. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Percy Carioca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Hayri Sancar hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Caco Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kruno Rakočević in the 86th minute of play. In the 95th minute, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Percy Carioca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Caco Marques. Caco Marques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-12. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- played a much better game than New Miran FC and deserved their victory. The New Miran FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
