After 4 minutes, Paulinho MacLaren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the São Wilson and the C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, São Wilson's Paulinho MacLaren got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute Paulinho MacLaren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho MacLaren in the 7th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Betinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Victor Ortle notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of São Wilson's Shi Feng Yun. Shi Feng Yun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radomil Prusinowski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes, São Wilson's Paulinho MacLaren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Betinho Moura came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in São Wilson reached it. In the 14th minute, Sid Lampard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shi Feng Yun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 16 minutes of play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Sid Lampard made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shi Feng Yun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute Sid Lampard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shi Feng Yun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shi Feng Yun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Lampard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. São Wilson's Shi Feng Yun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Lampard in the 25th minute of play. After 26 played minutes C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Torbjørn Trondsen. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, São Wilson's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Ortle came free, but Shi Feng Yun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Silvinho Moraes scored to the left of an out of position Betinho Moura, making the score, 2-3. After the first half C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Ortle to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Zé Carlos Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 56th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Betinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Paulinho MacLaren managed to get in a good position for a shot. São Wilson's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulinho MacLaren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betinho Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Abraão hit a great ball. Betinho Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 61st minute of play. Shi Feng Yun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Lampard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after São Wilson's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Ortle took the corner. The corner ended in Victor Ortle almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but São Wilson's Shi Feng Yun did a great save. Eduardo Magnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shi Feng Yun having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Walter Tufan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shi Feng Yun was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Betinho Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 70th minute of play. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Sid Lampard got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. made a substitution. Gustavo Henrique replaced Jailson Vander. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vágner Severo got free with Shi Feng Yun in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shi Feng Yun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Lampard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. São Wilson made a substitution. João Paulo Antunes replaced Valentin Abastas. São Wilson's Fausto Jayvier was substituted for Enrique Garcia. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduardo Magnin in the 81st minute. The corner led C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Carlos Fernando Abraão to fire away a dangerous shot which Shi Feng Yun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Betinho Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho MacLaren in the 83rd minute of the match. Shi Feng Yun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. 87 minutes into the match, Vágner Severo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shi Feng Yun, 2-6. Eduardo Magnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shi Feng Yun having to interfere. Shi Feng Yun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sid Lampard in the 92nd minute of the match. Zé Carlos Antunes charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Carlos Antunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zé Carlos Antunes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Walter Tufan got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although São Wilson had been in control for most of the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. still came away with the win.
