Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mathias Guerra in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Stuart Legzdins got a free kick in the 8th minute. Coice de Mula's Dennis Giusti managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edu Matorin in the 10 minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goal looked a bit too open when Sermet Tacal came free, but Gianluigi Orange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coice de Mula's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atso Joenväärä was slow to take the kick. During this time Lupere FC - DMZ's players had a chance to rest. Pancho Pancho made a great header on Lupere FC - DMZ's corner, it was just that Coice de Mula's Gianluigi Orange managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Legzdins in the 17th minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coice de Mula's Carlos Duarte was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evaristo Neves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Mathias Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gianluigi Orange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sermet Tacal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sermet Tacal scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Orange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Evaristo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medárd Horváth in the 54th minute of play. The corner led Coice de Mula's Maximo Perojo to fire away a dangerous shot which Evaristo Neves despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sermet Tacal in the 57th minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluigi Orange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sermet Tacal, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Coice de Mula made a substitution. Allan Sandström replaced Carlos Duarte. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coice de Mula's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atso Joenväärä was slow to take the kick. During this time Lupere FC - DMZ's players had a chance to rest. 66 minutes in the game, Sermet Tacal fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gianluigi Orange having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Lupere FC - DMZ's Gianluigi Orange threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sermet Tacal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Coice de Mula getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Alin Sima hit a great ball. Evaristo Neves had in the 93rdth minute some difficulties stopping Maximo Perojo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Allan Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Evaristo Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lupere FC - DMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lupere FC - DMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
