Luke Olle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Antônio Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Jacinto de Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Daniel Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto de Lara in the 21st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luke Olle to make the kick off. Babür Kongurtay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Antônio Borges made a huge save. 53 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goal looked a bit too open when Babür Kongurtay came free, but Antônio Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Dragões Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto de Lara came free, but Daniel Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of PIRATAS TFP:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dragões Barbudos FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 78 minutes, Dragões Barbudos FC's Thomas Semeloglou got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Antônio Borges. 82 minutes into the match, Dragões Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto de Lara came free, but Daniel Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Quique Jara fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PIRATAS TFP's protests and gave Quique Jara a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in PIRATAS TFP fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! PIRATAS TFP:s Antônio Borges showed great skill when he stopped Thomas Semeloglou:s penalty. When the referee blew the final whistle, PIRATAS TFP could leave the field as winners, despite Dragões Barbudos FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
