Sermet Tacal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Antônio Borges when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jacinto de Lara scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 minutes of play, PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sermet Tacal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antônio Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Sermet Tacal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antônio Borges. The goal made the score 1-2. Evaristo Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto de Lara went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Jacinto de Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristofers Cveigorēns's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's José Pedro de Amaral got a free kick in the 40th minute. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when Lupere FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jacinto de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacinto de Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacinto de Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. Evaristo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto de Lara in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

PIRATAS TFP's José Pedro de Amaral quite brazenly broke a throw-in by João de Sousa, made in the 56th minute of the game. In the last second Evaristo Neves throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jacinto de Lara in the 61stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's Dé Vander got a free kick in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the game, Lupere FC - DMZ's Sermet Tacal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antônio Borges made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Jacinto de Lara took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Neves. Evaristo Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Lupere FC - DMZ's Eduardo Paraense was substituted for Vito da Silveira. Lupere FC - DMZ's Han Xiang Chao was substituted for João de Sousa. Jacinto de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Jacinto de Lara took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Neves. Evaristo Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-5. If Jacinto de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Evaristo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto de Lara in the 80th minute of play. Antônio Borges didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sermet Tacal went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-5 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Antônio Borges, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antônio Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sermet Tacal, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pancho Pancho in the 89th minute of play forced PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Antônio Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sermet Tacal in the 95th minute of play. The PIRATAS TFP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
