In the 4thth minute of the game Cacey Sharp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacinto de Sousa got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jacinto de Lara. Jacinto de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. CJ Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto de Lara in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Cacey Sharp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barrera 2.0 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goal looked a bit too open when Lachezar Kavaldzhiev came free, but Antônio Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cacey Sharp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antônio Borges was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. PIRATAS TFP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lachezar Kavaldzhiev ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 22nd minute Cacey Sharp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lachezar Kavaldzhiev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Cacey Sharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacey Sharp in the 28th minute of play. Jacinto de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jacinto de Sousa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacey Sharp in the 37th minute of play forced PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Antônio Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cacey Sharp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacey Sharp in the 45th minute of the match. FC Barrera 2.0's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lachezar Kavaldzhiev in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jacinto de Lara made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jacinto de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lachezar Kavaldzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Barrera 2.0 made a substitution. Dadá Maravilha replaced Cacey Sharp. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 65th minute of play forced PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Antônio Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Dadá Maravilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dadá Maravilha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Antônio Borges made a huge save. Antônio Borges was a little too slow when Dadá Maravilha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-2. Cipriano Argenis made in the 77th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PIRATAS TFP's Gerson de Barros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Mendes in the 82nd minute of play forced PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Antônio Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sidnei Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Antônio Borges made a huge save. Antônio Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Mendes in the 90th minute of play. PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 91st minute of play.
