After 12 played minutes, FC Barrera 2.0's Lachezar Kavaldzhiev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andréas Linquist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Barrera 2.0 reached it. Cacey Sharp might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andréas Linquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cacey Sharp ran back to his position shaking his head. Andréas Linquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacey Sharp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Vidal. Andréas Linquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacey Sharp in the 22nd minute of play. FC Barrera 2.0's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lachezar Kavaldzhiev in the 25th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Barrera 2.0's corner Lachezar Kavaldzhiev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andréas Linquist quite easily take care of the ball. CJ Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CJ Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Paulo Marquez went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Niklas Molander made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Filip Mika immediately put the ball in play. Andréas Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacey Sharp, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute Rodrigo Muniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacey Sharp, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Mika in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck CJ Buffon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nestor Perrando kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cacey Sharp made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Barrera 2.0 booed when Grêmio Papão de WC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Muniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Barrera 2.0 made a substitution. Dadá Maravilha replaced Cacey Sharp. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Papão de WC's Rodrigo Muniz got a free kick in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Dadá Maravilha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andréas Linquist was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 65th minute, Dadá Maravilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andréas Linquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. FC Barrera 2.0's Marco Mendes was substituted for Lachezar Kavaldzhiev. Andréas Linquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Mendes in the 71st minute of the match. CJ Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Mika, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With his leg Andréas Linquist managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dadá Maravilha kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 74thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Grêmio Papão de WC's keeper Andréas Linquist was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 81st minute of the match, Marco Mendes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Andréas Linquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Andréas Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 89th minute Filip Mika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válbson Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andréas Linquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Barrera 2.0 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
