Evaristo Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lachezar Kavaldzhiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cacey Sharp in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Neves saved Lupere FC - DMZ from getting behind. Mao Zhen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Evaristo Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cacey Sharp scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Atso Joenväärä cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. CJ Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Stuart Legzdins came free, but CJ Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Luís Fernando Arce hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cacey Sharp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Neves made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Cacey Sharp sent off a good shot on target. CJ Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pancho Pancho in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Alan das Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. CJ Buffon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Lupere FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. João de Sousa hit a great ball. FC Barrera 2.0's Marco Mendes was substituted for Lachezar Kavaldzhiev. The supporters of FC Barrera 2.0 booed when Lupere FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. João de Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Lupere FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Vidal came free, but Evaristo Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vito da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes, FC Barrera 2.0's Sidnei Donato shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Evaristo Neves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Barrera 2.0 reached it. After some careless play in the Lupere FC - DMZ defense, Dadá Maravilha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Neves. The Lupere FC - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Neves should have stopped the shot. Evaristo Neves acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cipriano Argenis. 86 minutes into the game, Marco Mendes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evaristo Neves. Marco Mendes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Stuart Legzdins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Lupere FC - DMZ booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball.
