Red Dragon FC - DMZ were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Warren FC - DMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robinho Toledo took the corner. Robinho Toledo was slow to take the kick. During this time Red Dragon FC - DMZ's players had a chance to rest. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's João Vítor Trevisan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bernardo Moreira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maicon Abreu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 69th minute, Maicon Abreu made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Moreira. Warren FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sydney Guerra hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Abreu in the 83rd minute of play forced Warren FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walker Fletcher was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The Warren FC - DMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Dragon FC - DMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
