Miguel Ángel Riesco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Miguel Ángel Riesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, TurboUC's Miguel Ángel Riesco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philip Målare narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orlín Rozas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Munio in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Marcelo Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlín Rozas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TurboUC's José Marcelo Asendegui was substituted for Dušan Tadić. The wind increased when Miguel Ángel Riesco made the kick off in the second half. Segelbut IF U21's Philip Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Munio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlín Rozas was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. TurboUC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Ángel Riesco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philip Målare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Segelbut IF U21 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
