Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Hibai in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Henrik Möllgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Manfredi. Lunatics of Arianrhod's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Möllgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Panza in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Hibai to maneuver through the defense. Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Martini in the 18th minute of play. Eugenio Manfredi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the SSC Ambrosini defense, Ernesto Martini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Glanselius. The SSC Ambrosini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Glanselius should have stopped the shot. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hibai in the 31st minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Giusti to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 36 minutes, Izydor Ruszkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SSC Ambrosini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Izydor Ruszkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Martini in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Joel Hibai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 49th minute Henrik Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Manfredi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Hibai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ernesto Martini made a precise shot to the right of Aaron Glanselius. SSC Ambrosini's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Henrik Möllgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugenio Manfredi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Henrik Möllgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Eugenio Manfredi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute of the match, Francesco Romino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aaron Glanselius saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 72nd minute Joel Hibai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Romino in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hibai in the 83rd minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrik Möllgren took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Manfredi. Eugenio Manfredi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Romino in the 92nd minute of play. Eugenio Manfredi came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren. But to his dismay, Henrik Möllgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. A collision led to SSC Ambrosini getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Valter Björklund hit a great ball. Lunatics of Arianrhod's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
