But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Hodei couldn't finish the play. Enzo Proietti's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Proietti helped the player get up and apologised. Dave Falcioni made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Remigio Florin sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Club Atletico Los Andes booed when Burnley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Capuozzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico Los Andes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
