Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rose Bramble took the kick off in the first half of the match. The nice shot from Kurt Wüthrich in the 4thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Matty Holland had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Salomone Weber scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matty Holland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 11 minutes, Rio Heaney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rawdon FC and the Espen Steelers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Espen Steelers booed when Rawdon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rio Heaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Espen Steelers's Henri Schwersenz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Dominik Sauerberg sped through Rawdon FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matty Holland. If Dave Webster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Rawdon FC's goalkeeper Matty Holland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Wüthrich. Salomone Weber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Mauro Aebi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matty Holland. The goal made the score 5-0. 39 minutes into the match, Rawdon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Wüthrich came free, but Matty Holland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matty Holland made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Henri Schwersenz sent off a good shot on target. Henri Schwersenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rawdon FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Salomone Weber scored to the left of an out of position Matty Holland, making the score, 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salomone Weber was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Salomone Weber ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matty Holland was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Matty Holland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomone Weber, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 66th minute Henri Schwersenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matty Holland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matty Holland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Wüthrich's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Salomone Weber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espen Steelers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Espen Steelers's Andres Ambühl was substituted for Dominik Sauerberg. Espen Steelers's Falko Reimann was substituted for Mauro Aebi. Matty Holland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falko Reimann in the 72nd minute of play. After 79 played minutes Rawdon FC got a freekick which was hit by Rose Bramble. In the 83rd minute, Falko Reimann made a precise shot to the right of Matty Holland. Rawdon FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. 87 minutes into the match, Henri Schwersenz notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Rawdon FC's Matty Holland. Matty Holland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute, Mauro Caviezel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Henri Schwersenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espen Steelers's supporters rose to their feet, but Henri Schwersenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matty Holland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Aaron Carragher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Salomone Weber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Espen Steelers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
