Hieronim Gdowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Sanocki in the 11th minute of play. Carlos Beaton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilmar Couto in the 13th minute. When Kevin Meira fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fura Balizas's protests and gave Kevin Meira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Kevin Meira got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, Mendoza Ameda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mendoza Ameda during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mendoza Ameda kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Gilmar Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Beaton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mendoza Ameda hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Couto in the 27th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Carlos Beaton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Beaton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Berglund hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Eugeniusz Sanocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hieronim Gdowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After some careless play in the FC Fura Balizas defense, Gilmar Couto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Beaton. The FC Fura Balizas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Beaton should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Kevin Meira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Fura Balizas defense, Gilmar Couto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Beaton. The FC Fura Balizas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Beaton should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute Eugeniusz Sanocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hieronim Gdowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Sanocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Ireno in the 85th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Carlos Beaton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Beaton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Ireno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Ireno in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Beaton saved FC Fura Balizas from getting behind. FC Fura Balizas's Carlos Beaton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Ireno in the 94th minute of play.

FC Fura Balizas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
