Patrizio Trabjerglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henri-Xavier Lenaerts in the 11th minute of the match. Hector Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabrizio Catapano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Izel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Angel Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Iturri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Hector Izel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Catapano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrizio Catapano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Jaume in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the Mata Tangas de Victoria defense, Haroldo Napier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabrizio Catapano. The Mata Tangas de Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrizio Catapano should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Mata Tangas de Victoria getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sotos Kastaniou hit a great ball. Carmelo Martino didn't quite understand what happened when in the 48 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.

The wind increased when Hector Izel made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Arsenal de Sarandi's Angel Jaume nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabrizio Catapano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Henri-Xavier Lenaerts scored 1-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelino Donio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Martino during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mata Tangas de Victoria getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Domingo Galeno hit a great ball. Fabrizio Catapano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute Henri-Xavier Lenaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Donio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Hector Izel made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Fabrizio Catapano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Arsenal de Sarandi booed when Mata Tangas de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Izel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Fabrizio Catapano 81 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Angel Jaume got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Arsenal de Sarandi getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Patrizio Trabjerglund hit a great ball. Arsenal de Sarandi's Angelino Donio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henri-Xavier Lenaerts in the 88th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Arsenal de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Henri-Xavier Lenaerts came free, but Angelino Donio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Fabrizio Catapano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenal de Sarandi played a much better game than Mata Tangas de Victoria and deserved their victory. The Mata Tangas de Victoria players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
