Czeslaw Czajkowski started the match with the kick off. Joe Gort charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joe Gort the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, Åstäppa FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Alströmer to maneuver through the defense. Jorrin Pla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Czajkowski in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Per-Arne Alströmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Uno Lundkvist suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iustinian Gafița during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st match minute, CD Golozos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Gafița to maneuver through the defense. Charles Hughes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arévalo Uribizalgo in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Arévalo Uribizalgo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Åstäppa FK's Charles Hughes. Charles Hughes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes into the match, Åstäppa FK's goal looked a bit too open when Arévalo Uribizalgo came free, but Charles Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Peter Örtendal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jorrin Pla. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 39th minute Czeslaw Czajkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorrin Pla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Ponce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Hughes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Czeslaw Czajkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorrin Pla was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 48thth minute of the game Czeslaw Czajkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Golozos's Jorrin Pla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Arévalo Uribizalgo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Feliciano Ponce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Golozos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When Alfred Nordkvist fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åstäppa FK's protests and gave Alfred Nordkvist a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the match, CD Golozos's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Czajkowski came free, but Jorrin Pla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Hughes was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Arévalo Uribizalgo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arévalo Uribizalgo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Jorrin Pla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Czajkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Hughes made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Feliciano Ponce sent off a good shot on target. If Nunez Ziarza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Arévalo Uribizalgo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Charles Hughes. That made the score 2-4 in the 73 minute of play. Czeslaw Czajkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorrin Pla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, CD Golozos's Feliciano Ponce made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Hughes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, CD Golozos's Nunez Ziarza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Hughes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorrin Pla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Czajkowski in the 83rd minute of the match.
