Olimpiu Teodorescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Emil Hafström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Hafström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ilie Brumaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Mjølner in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 34th minute of play forced The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Emil Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Ciprian Gaiță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hafström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Pål Wiklund. 40 minutes into the match, Olimpiu Teodorescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Hafström. The Northmen Army's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olimpiu Teodorescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of The Northmen Army booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Teodorescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Emil Mjølner threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Alin Bucur quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciprian Gaiță to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pål Wiklund in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilie Brumaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Mjølner in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, The Northmen Army's Emil Hafström got control of the ball when Ciprian Gaiță tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pål Wiklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilie Brumaru having to interfere. The Northmen Army's Hugo Holmberg was substituted for Vilhelm Mjølner. The Northmen Army's Kent Sandström was substituted for Pål Wiklund. The Northmen Army made a substitution. Alex Lidberg replaced Stig Lindqvist. 67 minutes into the game, The Northmen Army's Jack Lundberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilie Brumaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Lundberg in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Olimpiu Teodorescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Olimpiu Teodorescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Hafström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Cosula-BTF- were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over The Northmen Army's much stronger midfield.
