The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Cositorto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vicky Donda. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Nouvelle Vague's Hugo Barros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Julian Hulberto in the 9 minute of the game. Eriberto Manilan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casimiro Ugutz's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Efrain Cordarius hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Juni in the 26th minute of play forced A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Eriberto Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes of play, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Manilan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Cayetano Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Leonardo Cositorto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicky Donda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicky Donda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Cositorto, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Nouvelle Vague from getting a goal against them. Eriberto Manilan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Casimiro Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nouvelle Vague's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Ugutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Anier Seme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicky Donda. Nouvelle Vague's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Seme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justino Kusko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of A.F Cuervos Azulgranas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nouvelle Vague:s goal. Anier Seme scored 3-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicky Donda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico was substituted for Casimiro Ugutz. Eriberto Manilan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Henrico's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Nouvelle Vague's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anselmo Dracena in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Henrico in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Manilan saved A.F Cuervos Azulgranas from getting behind. Vicky Donda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Tino in the 90th minute of the match. If Anselmo Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nouvelle Vague's Cayetano Cordaro got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
