Elias Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Lopes in the 19th minute of play. Chico Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Forsberg in the 21st minute of play. BlommisBoys's Elias Söderman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Gilg in the 23rd minute of play. Chico Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnny Ahlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Johnny Ahlstedt notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato. Chico Donato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingmar Forsberg took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Donato. Chico Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Elias Söderman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Lopes in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roberto Lopes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of DIPLOMATA FC PAB booed when BlommisBoys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Vennerdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BlommisBoys's zone, Roberto Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Söderman came out of the goal and Roberto Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 played minutes BlommisBoys got a freekick which was hit by Ove Vennerdal. In the 54th minute, Ove Vennerdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the BlommisBoys defense, Roberto Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elias Söderman. The BlommisBoys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elias Söderman should have stopped the shot. After 65 minutes, Roberto Lopes made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. BlommisBoys's Elias Söderman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Söderman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Lopes went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Niculae Martinescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Söderman was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 79th minute, Leonardo Melberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Söderman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Martinescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Roberto Lopes made a precise shot to the right of Elias Söderman. BlommisBoys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2.
